Clarke Central stays atop Region 8-AAAA

Taylor Layne scored 17 points and Babatunde Olumuyiwa added 15 as Clarke Central rolled Habersham Central 57-41 in Mt. Airy,.staying the Region 8-AAAA's top spot.

Jeremy Johnson also scored 11 points for the Gladiators.

Clarke Central (16-4, 11-3) remains tied with Winder-Barrow at the top of Region 8-AAAA. The Gladiators will conclude their regular season Tuesday, hosting last-place Apalachee at 7:30 p.m.
